Shipping and Delivery

Please note that all orders placed on this website are shipped from RoC Works, located in Selston, England.

Processing Times & Procedure

Since we produce all out own products we control our stock levels and are in control of our own production planning. This means that even if something is not in stock we can make it reasonably quickly so you don't see any delay in your product shipping. 99% of standard orders are processed and shipped within our five working day promise.
There are a couple of things you can do to make sure that there is no delay when you place your order.  However, at extremely busy times it can take up to 10 days for orders to leave.

Contact details

Make sure your email address is correct and you include a contact phone number. The phone number is important as we need one if your order is being sent via courier, if you don't supply one it will create a delay as we need to contact you before we can book a collection for your parcel - this is important if Paypal is your method of payment, please add a phone number in the comments section if you have not entered one on the website.

Order Confirmation

When you place an order you will receive an email from the website confirming its receipt, this normally happens instantly but if you don't get one please check your spam folders. When we have processed your order and it is shipped you will receive a second email confirming this. If we have any questions or foresee any excessive delays I will give you a heads up and let you know.

Shipping

Roc-Works uses a service provided by Sarissa Precision Ltd to ship orders from the UK. Sarissa Precision Ltd uses the Royal Mail click and drop service. This means that for the UK, orders will be shipped via a Royal Mail Tracked 48 hr service (so don't worry if you get an email saying a parcel from Sarissa is on its way). Orders outside of the UK will be sent via a Royal Mail standard air service.

Standard Service

UK Parcels sent usually take 2 to 3 days from shipping to arrive at your door. Shipping to the US usually takes 5-10 days with these methods. See below for full details, prices and estimated timings for other countries.

Delivery charges are £5.00 for all orders wherever you live.
[Please note this will have to change in the near future, up till now I have been subsidising the post, but with current changes in the US and other countries my price will have to go up. I will endeavour to give ample notice should this happen soon]

Customs and charges

Please note; Custom charges may apply when shipping outside of the UK to the EU or outside Europe in general.

As a small company RoC-Works is not VAT registered and as such cannot utilise the IOSS scheme at this time. This means that orders to EU countries, with the recent changes on EU importing (from 1st July 2021), are liable for VAT and your own countries postal handling charges. Not all customers are having this enforced but there is a chance it could happen on your order.
I will keep appraising the situation but for now I have to apologies and say that orders being delivered into the EU will be at your risk and your obligation to pay any charges in-cured
